Subscription Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our subscription service. By accessing this website and subscribing to our service, you accept these terms and conditions. Please do not continue to use Wellnests, or contact us first, if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated below.
1. Subscription Plans
Wellnests offers the following subscription plans for ‘The Original Wellnest’ and ‘The Budget Bundle’:
- Quarterly Plan: The subscriber will receive their Wellnest every 3 months over a 12-month fixed period, the first being shipped within 5 working days or the order date. Subscribers pay in full at the beginning of the subscription period
- Month-on-month Plan: Subscribers are billed on a monthly basis without any long-term commitment.
- 12-Month Plan: Subscribers pay in full at the beginning of the 12-month subscription period and will receive one Wellnest each month for 12 months. This offers more savings than the Month-on-month plan.
2. Billing and Payment
- Payment for subscription plans will be charged on the 7th day of each month and will automatically renew unless cancelled.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.
- Payment is taken monthly for the Month-on-month plan. For the 12-Month Plan and the Quarterly Plan, payment must be paid in full at the beginning of the subscription period.
- If a subscriber cancels their subscription, payments will continue until the end of the current subscription period.
- Subscribers will continue to receive subscription boxes until the end of the current subscription period unless the subscription has been paused. The pause-period can be used for a maximum of 6 months before charging continues. In this case, the subscription period will be extended by the number of months remaining before the pause period.
- Any add-on products that are purchased with the initial subscription box will continue to arrive with future boxes until the end of the subscription period. The subscriber will be charged for these. If the customer has chosen a Month-on-month Plan, they may choose to remove the add-on at any point, given that enough notice is provided before the next box is shipped.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
- To cancel a subscription, subscribers must email us at hello@wellnests.co.uk with the subject line ‘Cancel Subscription‘, including a reason for cancellation.
- Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time, but refunds will not be provided for the remaining subscription period unless otherwise determined by Wellnests.
- If a subscriber cancels their subscription, payments will continue until the end of the current subscription period.
- Under certain circumstances, refunds may be offered at the discretion of Wellnests. If you’d like to be considered for a refund, please provide a reason for cancellation in your email.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Subscription boxes are shipped within 5 working days from the order date. They will continue to be shipped in-line with the chosen subscription plan.
5. Pausing/ Suspension of Your Subscription
- Subscriptions can be paused for a maximum of a 6-month period, for the purpose of vacations and emergencies etc.
- To pause ANY subscription, subscribers must email us at hello@wellnests.co.uk with the subject line ‘Pause Subscription‘.
- If you have a specific need to pause for any other period length, or for more than the allowed number of times, please contact us to discuss this.
6. Modifications to Service
- Wellnests reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the subscription service at any time.
- Subscribers will be notified of any significant changes to the service via email or through our website or social media channels.
7. Customer Support

8. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
- Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
9. Agreement
- By subscribing to Wellnests, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
Single Purchase Terms and Conditions
1. Billing and Payment
- Payment will be taken at checkout.
- If customers need a refund due to the products being damage or items missing, customers can contact hello@wellnests.co.uk stating their reason for claiming a refund. Customers will then be asked to show evidence of the damage and/or post the product back. Customers may have to pay for postage on returns on a case-by-case basis.

- Wellnests are shipped within 5 working days from the order date.
3. Modifications to Service
- Wellnests reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the subscription service at any time.
